	What areas do you cover?
	My Handyman service covers Nottingham and surrounding areas as far as Bingham, Loughborough, Long eaton or Mansfield
	How much do you charge?
	My handyman charges represent excellent value for money.  Bear in mind that because of my experience and specialist tools I can do a lot of work in a short time and being a 'multi trade' handyman I am much cheaper than employing several different tradesmen. First hour is charged at £30 and includes all travel costs around Nottingham and surrounding areas. After that I charge £13 an hour up to a maximum of £120 per day. I am happy to do very small jobs for which the minimum charge is £30.

	Can you provide free estimates?
	Estimates are provided free of charge. For small jobs this is done by phone, or a visit for larger jobs. Please bear in mind though, that sometimes it's impossible to accurately estimate the exact cost. With some jobs you simply cannot tell whats involved until you actually start. In this instance I promise to keep you informed at all times, offer honest advice and suggest a range of alternative solutions.
	Do you provide materials?
	Yes. Most customers use me purely as a labour only service, but I am happy to collect parts for you if required. Unlike many other handyman services, I do not charge any extra for this service.

	Are you insured?
	yes I carry £2 million public liability insurance.
	How big a job can you take on?
	I would happy provide you with an estimate for larger jobs such as building works like single story extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions.
